24/7 Network and Server Monitoring

We watch your infrastructure around the clock with Zabbix: servers, networks and your Microsoft 365 environment. Most outages give warning before they happen — a disk filling up, a link degrading, a service that stops responding. Our job is making sure someone sees it before your team feels it.

Why monitor your infrastructure?

Most serious outages don’t appear overnight: a disk fills up gradually, a server’s memory usage creeps up, an internet link starts dropping packets weeks before it cuts out completely. Without monitoring, those signals go unnoticed until they turn into an outage that hits your team or your customers.

We monitor with Zabbix, the same platform we use for our own infrastructure, tuned to each client: not generic thresholds, but ones that actually make sense for your operation.

Servers, networks and Microsoft 365 in one place

We don’t monitor servers on one side and networks on another: the goal is a single view of your whole infrastructure, including your Microsoft 365 environment (mail, mailboxes, licenses, security alerts). That way, when something fails, we know right away whether the problem is the network, a server, or Microsoft 365 itself, instead of losing time ruling things out.

We work with MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment, so beyond spotting a network problem, we can usually fix it too.

Who is it for?

For companies that can’t afford to find out about a problem after it has already hit the business: from an SMB with one server and one office, to a company with several sites and a hybrid environment. We work on site in Rosario and remotely across the whole country.

What we monitor

Servers, 24/7

CPU, memory, disk, critical services and processes, physical or virtual. We catch degradation before it becomes an outage.

Networks and connectivity

Internet links, MikroTik and Ubiquiti routers and switches, bandwidth and latency. We see when a branch office starts losing connectivity.

Early alerts

Thresholds tuned to your infrastructure, not generic ones. We flag what's abnormal before it turns into an incident.

Microsoft 365

Tenant health, mailboxes, licenses and security alerts for your Microsoft 365 environment, on the same monitoring as the rest of your infrastructure.

Reports and visibility

Dashboards and periodic reports on the real state of your infrastructure, so IT investment decisions have data behind them.

Response and resolution

An alert nobody acts on is worthless. The same team that monitors also resolves, so there's no hand-off between whoever spots it and whoever fixes it.

How we set it up

Assessment

We identify which servers, network devices and services are critical to your operation. The initial assessment is free.

Rollout

We install monitoring agents and connect your Microsoft 365 environment without interrupting your daily operation.

Tailored thresholds

We define what's normal for your infrastructure and what isn't, so alerts mean something instead of adding noise.

Ongoing monitoring

24/7 monitoring with alerts and periodic reports, adjusted as your infrastructure changes.

Frequently asked questions

How is monitoring different from technical support?

Support fixes a problem after it happened. Monitoring catches it before, or right as it starts, so it gets fixed fast — often before your team notices. They work well together: combine it with preventive maintenance or a broader IT consulting engagement.

How long does it take to set up?

It depends on how many devices and services need monitoring. We confirm the estimated timeline after the initial assessment, which is free.

Can you monitor equipment across multiple sites or in the cloud?

Yes. We monitor on-premise, cloud and multi-site infrastructure from a single platform.

What happens if you detect a problem outside business hours?

Monitoring runs 24/7: alerts fire the moment a problem occurs, not whenever someone happens to check in.

I already have antivirus and backups, why do I need monitoring?

Antivirus and backups react after something already happened. Monitoring aims to warn you before: a disk filling up, a service starting to fail, a link degrading. It reduces how often you’ll actually need that backup.

Do you know what's happening in your infrastructure right now?

Tell us what you want monitored and we'll schedule a free initial assessment.
